Advanced composite textile limited has a very professional in-house technical & product development team that is continuously involved in analyzing the latest trends in the apparels industry. This effort culminates in the development of product collections for the potential and existing clients round the year. Our design team has extensive knowledge of the different fabrics and finishing technologies and are able to work directly with customers to suggest innovative and cost-effective solutions to various design challenges.
PRINTING
Our Printing department is a unique combination of vision and knowledge.We have been working constantly with customers to turn their thoughts and inspirations into innovative and quality output.We have been using MHM printing machines, which are the most sophisticated machines in the world of screen printing.Our Glass-top printing table has a travelling carriage drying system with electric infra-red hitter.The average printing capacity is around 80 thousand pieces of different garments.
FABRICS LIBRARY
“YOU NAME IT WE HAVE IT” is the motto of our fabric library where there is a huge and marvellous collection of all kinds of fabrics produced by Advanced composite textile limited. Most of the yarns used to produce these fabrics are from its own spinning. Regarding mercerized fabrics Advanced composite textile limited created a level of acceptance to the world’s top notch customers dealing with it.
DESIGN STUDIO
As Advanced composite textile limited is catering for the world’s top notch customers, hence with that expertise it has initiated a Design Studio with a group of professional designers. Keeping in mind the market demand the designers of Advanced composite textile limited are continuously developing products with a blend of trend and tradition. Being equipped with integrated vertical set up, the designers’ creation is without any stop i.e. in a smooth path from yarn to ultimate product.
